We went to Target today to get living essentials. I got a bathroom rug, shower curtains, soap, gel, deodorant, and some trashcans. We went to the bookstore after to get our textbooks. I got my three books and paid for them. As I was about to leave, this man with a microphone starts talking about how every quarter, the school ... and I started to leave. Then an employee demands that I go back to my register, and I thought I did something wrong or whatever. So I walked back, and the cashier told my I was number 28. So I'm thinking to myself, what the hell does 28 have to do with anything. Then I listen to this man talk about how they choose 2 winners to get their textbooks for the quarter paid for by the school. He randomly chose 5A, and just stared at me. I thought I was 28, so I thought the guy at the counter next to me won. Nothing happened, so I pointed to myself and he's like yeah! Ok, so free books was pretty awesome. Talk about being in the right place at the right time..ish. Not to mention the books came with a free purple mug, some balloons, and some rally beads.
