Kelli, Lian and I had an excursion up to Alderwood yesterday. Afterwards we went to look for some food, and we found a pretty tasty little place called Village Sushi. I have a good feeling that they gutted out an old house and made it into a small little restaurant. They have a wall dedicated to great jazz legends (Miles Davis, John Coltrane, BB King, etc) and they played nothing but jazz, which I enjoyed very much. The menu had a good selection, but my favorite was the Godzilla Roll, which I haven't seen anywhere else around Seattle. Eel, shrimp tempura, and I forget what else, but it was good. 50th and 12t.
